Najwa Kandil is an experienced and passionate team player with a career spanning a decade in understanding people and building brands. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and International & Cultural Studies from the University of Tampa and a High School Diploma from the American Community School.

Najwa has worked for Ipsos, a leading global market research and consulting firm, for several years in various roles. She is currently the Qualitative Research Director for North Africa & Levant, where she oversees qualitative research projects and manages teams. Najwa has also served as a Senior Research Manager - Qualitative and Qualitative Research Manager, among other roles, at Ipsos. Before that, she was a Senior Accounts Manager - Marketing, Communications Manager, Senior Media Executive, Communications & Events Coordinator, and English Language Instructor at various organizations.

Throughout her career, Najwa has honed her expertise in qualitative research, marketing, communications, events, media, and language instruction. She is a skilled team leader and a results-oriented professional, with a passion for understanding people and building great brands.
