During their tenure at Ironhack Amsterdam, Najim significantly expanded the partner network and boosted alumni placement rates to 95% in 2019.

Currently serving as an HR Consultant & Coach at Momentum Psychological Coaching, Najim's diverse experience includes roles as a Senior Career Coach & Partnership Manager, Learning & Development Specialist, and Talent Consultant.

Najim's journey also includes impactful roles as a Psychological Coach, Project Manager, Trainer, and Career Coach at various top educational institutions.
