Naiane Pontes is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, venture capital, investments, and business development.

She holds an Executive MBA in Corporate Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni.

Naiane has worked with renowned organizations such as Capria Ventures, Latitud, WE Ventures, and Global Founders Capital in various roles including Investment Fellow, Investor, and Venture Capital Associate.

Her experience also includes internships at Google in Global Customer Care, Natura in Manufacturing Projects, and Shizen Energy Group in New Business Development.

Naiane Pontes has a research background as well, having served as a Research Assistant in the Energy Process Department at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
