Nagraj Kashyap

Nagraj Kashyap is a seasoned professional who currently serves as a Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisors, overseeing the Consumer practice. Prior to this role, he was the founder of M12, Microsoft's venture fund, where he managed a diverse portfolio of over 100 companies, leading to the emergence of five unicorns within five years. Kashyap's strategic leadership at M12 helped foster partnerships to enhance access to funding and VC career opportunities.

Before his tenure at M12, Kashyap established Qualcomm Ventures in 2003, steering the fund to remarkable success with a portfolio of 140+ investments valued at $1 billion. Notable investments during his time at Qualcomm Ventures include Zoom, which went on to a successful IPO, and exits like Waze (acq. by Google), Jamdat (acq. by EA), and Airvana (acq. by Ericsson).
