She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Legal Studies at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. She then went on to graduate Cum Laude with a Doctor of Law (JD) in Business Law and Regulation at Cornell Law School and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Private Equity Concentration at Cornell University - Johnson Graduate School of Management.

With her extensive educational qualifications, Nadine has been successful in her professional career, working as the Vice President and Counsel at Stone Point Capital, where she previously served as an Associate Counsel. Her expertise in the legal industry has also led her to serve stints at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as Private Equity M&A and as a Summer Public Interest Fellow.
