Nadim Jamal is the Director of the TELUS Insights & Smart Cities team within the IoT & Insights group. With a strong background in telecom services, data analytics, and problem-solving, he is a recognized expert in extracting value from data and addressing complex business challenges.

Nadim founded TELUS Insights, a dedicated team that specializes in transforming data into actionable insights. This empowers both businesses and government organizations to make well-informed decisions confidently, based on the derived intelligence.

His educational journey includes an Executive Course in Marketing Fundamentals from York University - Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Throughout his career, Nadim has held various key roles in reputable organizations. These include Director of TELUS Insights & Smart Cities at TELUS, Senior Strategy Manager in Big Data, and Product Manager for Products & Services at TELUS. He also has prior experience at Rogers Communications in roles such as Program Support Manager in New Product Development and Specialist in Next Generation Products & Entertainment. Additionally, Nadim has worked as a Consultant at the University of Central Asia and as a Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst at Ajilon Consulting.
