Nadia Zemskova is a seasoned Agile practitioner with a passion for fostering collaboration within teams to deliver value efficiently. Since undergoing her first Scrum Master training in 2008, Nadia has embraced the core principle of 'Individuals and interactions over processes and tools' from the Agile manifesto.

Nadia holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, complemented by additional education in IT Leadership from Henley Business School. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university.

Her experience spans from serving as a Scrum Master to directing and managing the Application Development department.
