Nádia Guerlenda Cabral is a professional with a diverse background in Law, Communication, and Public Policy. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis and Governance from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo. Cabral has worked as a Project Manager and Campaign Developer at SowieSie, a Human Rights Campaign, as a Campaigns Associate (Media) at Avaaz.org, and as a Legal Assistant at São Paulo Municipality. Besides, she has worked as a Blue Book Trainee at DG EAC and DG CONNECT at the European Commission and as a Trainee at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the UN Office in Geneva. Cabral has also been a Reporter and News Reporter at Folha de S.Paulo, a significant Brazilian newspaper.

Currently, Cabral works at Avaaz as an Advocacy Officer, campaigning for digital rights and gender mainstreaming. Previously, she worked as an Advocacy and Media Consultant in the Anti-disinformation team at Avaaz. Cabral has also been a Project Manager, with experience leading teams to implement projects and campaigns focused on human rights, gender equality, and sustainable development.

Cabral is a changemaker who believes that change can happen when people connect and work together. She is passionate about promoting human rights, gender equality, and sustainable development. Therefore, Cabral uses her analytical mind to question, experiment, learn and improve continually.
