Nadia Estate is an accomplished real estate professional with a diverse background in behavioral health and construction management. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent, board member of the Dallas Builders Association, and an active member of the nonprofit Urban Land Institute. Nadia specializes in urban lifestyle development projects, mixed-use development, and asset management with cloud-based building performance tracking and project management tracking software. With exceptional knowledge of construction management, she oversees multifamily development projects and works closely with FHA MAP Underwriters. Additionally, Nadia facilitates UrbanPlan, an interactive workshop that helps teach local decision-makers how to navigate the development process.
