Nader Al-Khatib works for mechanical cad engineerization of industrial automation machinery with SolidWorks Catia and Siemens NX, mainly automotive. He independently followed the design and production of machinery for the technical folding of the life-saving cushion for Joyson Safety Systems. He designed assembly benches and control gauges. He has produced Macro VBA \ C ++ for the simplification of job order management and has parameterized parts and normalized assemblies for the continuous improvement of the production process.

Nader Al-Khatib holds the role of vice-presidency and technology coordinator for the electronics and industrial prototyping sector. During my assignment with Talentform, I had the opportunity to work with a client in the health & defense and aerospace sectors, which required a certified SolidWorks instructor to deliver courses on specific and advanced topics. The lessons I conducted included the following subjects:

1. **Weldments and Welding**: This module focused on modeling welding techniques in SolidWorks, essential for designing components used in critical areas such as defense and aerospace, where strength and structural integrity are paramount.

2. **Feature Library and Customizations for Rapid Design**: I taught participants how to customize and utilize SolidWorks' feature library to speed up the design process, a vital aspect to remain competitive in high-tech industries.

3. **FEM Analysis of Parts and Assemblies**: This part of the course covered Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis to test the strength and durability of parts and assemblies, a crucial skill to ensure the safety and effectiveness of products in the health & defense and aerospace sector.

For each module, I analyzed the needs of the class and evaluated the most effective training approaches. This allowed me to ensure that the students could immediately apply the skills learned, significantly improving their ability to handle complex projects and enhancing their professional productivity and efficiency.

During my tenure at ABB Sace Frosinone, I had the opportunity to lead a training program focused on using SolidWorks CAD software, specifically geared towards practical applications in 3D printing. The main goal of this course was to enable technical staff to independently utilize SolidWorks for designing and creating components via 3D printing.

The training covered various essential aspects of the software, including 3D drawing, solid and surface modeling, and assembly management. Special emphasis was placed on integrating design for additive manufacturing, where participants learned to optimize designs for 3D printing production, a critical skill for accelerating prototyping and production cycles.

Additionally, the course provided a solid foundation in understanding 3D printing settings, material selection, and post-printing considerations, which are crucial for ensuring the quality and functionality of printed parts. With hands-on exercises, we addressed real application cases, allowing participants to see and evaluate the direct impact of their design choices on the final outcomes.

This training experience not only enhanced the internal capabilities at ABB Sace Frosinone but also contributed to greater autonomy and innovation in the manufacturing sector, reinforcing my passion for education and the transfer of technological knowledge.

Mechanical design of robotized cells for continuous welding, spot welding, and projection welding, mainly for Comau, Magneti Marelli for Body in White sector. Design of functional components with CATIA, Solidworks and Siemens NX software, with interference study, parametric design on assembly or parts, development of macros in VBA / c ++ for automation and improvement of design processes, implementation of company standards in used software. 

- Production of the tool path with various CAM software, management of the CAM process, development of minor changes to post processors, translation of post-processors with modification to the Gcode code. CAM for Haas - Mitsubishi - Selca - Fanuc - SRM20  

- Preparation of automatic documentation for the table setting of components for mechanical processing and assembly of the aggregates, development of macro for documentation, and 2D Drawings. Development of macros in VBA for Excel for the automatic compilation of documentation and the development of machine code.
