Naasik Islam

Naasik Islam is a software mergers & acquisitions professional with a strong passion for technology. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, covering all aspects from sourcing deals to post-merger integration. Naasik has a background in investment banking, startup operations, corporate finance, and venture capital.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Value Investing from Fordham University. He also attended William Cullen Bryant High School.

Naasik has held various roles in notable organizations. He served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Development / M&A and also as a Manager in the same department at DigitalOcean. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Splice and an Associate in the Corporate Development & Strategy team at the same company. Naasik gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp. and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Mooreland Partners. He also worked as an Associate focusing on Internet of Things Investments at Techstars and interned at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center within the Investment Management Division.
