Naama Zalzman

Naama Zalzman is a seasoned professional currently leading value creation and business development efforts at Vertex Ventures, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships for the company's portfolio and fund.

Naama has a strong educational background, having completed her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations with Magna Cum Laude honors at The Hebrew University.

With a passion for growth and development, Naama holds various key roles, including being the Co-Host of the Od Podcast for Growth. Her previous positions include Vice President of Value Creation, Head of Value Creation, and Corporate Innovation Director at Vertex Ventures.

Prior to her time at Vertex Ventures, Naama accumulated rich experience in different organizations, serving as the Director of Business Development - Israel at Proper Propaganda, an Adviser to the Director General at The Jewish Agency for Israel, and the Adviser to Israel's Deputy Ambassador to the United States at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. She has also worked as an Assistant to the Political Campaign Manager and Parliamentary Adviser at the Knesset.
