Myriam Khoury is the Vice President for Innovation at Mercy Corps, focusing on driving innovative solutions for social impact in fragile and frontier markets.

With a background in managing post-conflict development initiatives, Myriam plays a key role in fostering internal and external entrepreneurship within Mercy Corps' global network across 40+ countries.

She has spearheaded initiatives such as the gender integration program and brings extensive experience from living and working in the Balkans and Caucasus for over a decade.

Myriam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Literature and Society from Brown University and has also studied at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.

Her previous roles at Mercy Corps include Vice President of Strategic Program Development, Senior Director of New Initiatives, Director of Programs, and Deputy Chief of Party.

Before joining Mercy Corps, Myriam worked as a Partner at TurkeyStone, and held positions at UNHCR in addition to serving as a Country Representative and Program Development Manager at Mercy Corps.
