Myna Bisineer

Myna Bisineer, a process and people leader with 20 years of global work experience, is now focusing her renewed energies in the social sector. She has worked in various industries, from a technology start-up to small scale manufacturing and supply chain management software systems. Myna is an excellent visionary style of management with strong focus on processes and expertise in managing Organizational Change.

As a co-founder and COO of Skillenza, a technology start-up in recruiting and learning space in its early stages, Myna was successful in building an organization for excellence with strong work ethics. She built a team that could innovate and grow with the start-up through its various stages of conception and scale.

Myna is passionate about women entrepreneurship and mentoring, having spent a year in sabbatical understanding the role of self-growth and development both in personal and professional spaces. She conceived Ms.Hackers, an initiative to promote the culture of hacking amongst women professionals.

Myna holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Metallurgical Engineering from NIT Suratkal and a Master of Science (MS) in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
