Mustafa Almahdi, a seasoned professional with over thirty-five years of experience in the oil, gas, and refining industry, currently excels in Strategy, Executive Personal Coaching, Leadership, Innovation, and Talent Development Consulting.

Having retired as the CEO of the Royal Commission in Jubail in July 2021, Mustafa is now deeply engaged in consulting work, showcasing expertise in industrial cities' administration, strategy development, and leadership alongside a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.

With a rich history in various roles within Saudi Aramco, including Corporate Planning and special assignments, Mustafa has honed skills in project management, team leadership, and strategic coordination.

A certified Performance Improvement Consultant (PIC) and an alumnus of the esteemed IMD in Switzerland, Mustafa is committed to personal coaching, motivational speaking, and collaborating with client leaders on strategy development, talent management, succession planning, and risk management.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Mustafa Almahdi finds joy in philately since childhood, boasting an impressive collection of stamps from around the world.

Educationally, Mustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King AbdulAziz University and has undergone specialized training in areas like performance improvement, commercialization, organizational leadership, and strategic planning.
