Mushuma Mulenga

Mushuma Mulenga is a dedicated professional with a strong background in private sector development, policy development, business process re-engineering, and job creation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Public Finance from Copperbelt University.

With an educational foundation from Munali Secondary School, Mushuma Mulenga has excelled in various organizations, showcasing his expertise and skills. He has held key positions such as Director of Private Sector Development at the Private Sector Development, Industrialisation, and Job Creation Division within the Cabinet Office.

In his career journey, Mushuma Mulenga has also contributed significantly as a Programme Officer at the Private Sector Development Reform Programme and as a Programmes Manager/Project Officer for the Child Budget Project at the Zambia Civic Education Association. He has served as a Governance Programme Manager and a Senior Policy Analyst focusing on Economic Policy Development at the National Economic Advisory Council.

Leveraging his knowledge and experience, Mushuma Mulenga has also shared his insights as a Lecturer in Marketing and Economics at the National College for Management and Development Studies. His multifaceted roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of the private sector, policy landscape, and economic development.
