Musfikur Rahman is a certified project management specialist with over 11 years of experience in the field.

He has successfully facilitated partnerships amounting to US$ 6.5 million with 08 NGOs for various agricultural programs benefiting 34500 farmers.

With a strong focus on livelihoods, food security, nutrition, and women empowerment, he has directly managed projects with budgets totaling US$ 5.0 million over 05 years.

Musfikur Rahman holds a Masters degree in Development Studies from Islamic University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Khulna University.

His previous roles include being a Program Officer at Heifer International, Project Manager at Good Neighbors Bangladesh, Project Coordinator at WAVE Foundation, Project Coordinator at Prattasha Samazik Unnayan Sangstha (PSUS), and Project Associate (Research) at Unnayan Onneshan.
