Munir Hasan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in HR development, technology-related policy advocacy and implementation, project management, educational policy, and international representation. With a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Munir has worked with international organizations like the UNDP and World Bank, as well as national entities such as the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of ICT.

Throughout his career, Munir has organized and conducted hundreds of training sessions, seminars, and workshops on technology, entrepreneurship, social media marketing, and technology for business development. He has written and edited textbooks on information and communication technology for Grade VI, VII, and VIII students, and has also worked closely with the education policy team responsible for the ICT textbooks under the national curriculum.

Munir has been recognized for his excellent organizational skills and has been credited as one of the successful organizers in the world in a textbook published by Cambridge University Press in 2011. He has written country reports for the 2009, 2010, and 2013 Global Information Society Watch Reports, and has represented Bangladesh in various international technology-related forums like the WSIS Forum, International Mathematical Olympiad, and Forum Asia.

In his previous roles, Munir has served as the coordinator and head of the youth program at Prothom Alo, a senior consultant for Digital World 2012 at the Ministry of ICT, and a program implementation specialist and national project coordinator at the UNDP in Bangladesh.
