Muna Alghawi

Muna Alghawi is an innovative thinker with expertise in organizational excellence and strategy, hailing from the United Arab Emirates.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the United Arab Emirates University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dubai, and diplomas in Government Performance and Government Innovation from the University of Melbourne and the University of Cambridge, respectively.

With a strong educational background, Muna has held several key positions in renowned organizations. She served as the Strategy Office Manager at Sharjah Media City (Shams) and has also been the CEO of Innovation and Head of Institutional Excellence Department at the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSAAE).

Previously, Muna Alghawi has contributed her expertise as the CEO of Innovation at the Ministry of Community Development in the UAE, showcasing her skills in strategic planning and institutional advancement.

Throughout her career, she has also served in various roles such as Acting Manager of Institutional Excellence, Head of Studies, Research, and Statistics Division, and Social Researcher at the Ministry of Community Development in the UAE.

Muna's vast experience extends to her time as the Director of the Coordination Office at Beit Al Khair Society, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to social development initiatives.
