Mulia Al'Afghani is a seasoned professional with a strong background in research and development within the fishery industry, focusing on less developed countries since 2005.
With a diverse work history across countries like Indonesia, Germany, Laos PDR, Cambodia, Norway, and Denmark, Mulia has collaborated with reputable organizations such as UN FAO, UNDP, UNORC, and the University of Tromso.
Mulia Al'Afghani's expertise lies in various aspects of fishery-related projects, including fish processing, nutrition, food security, community livelihood, gender mainstreaming, and willingness to pay for fish as food.
Academically, Mulia pursued a Master of Science degree at the Norwegian College of Fishery Science, University of Tromso, and a Bachelor of Science degree at Bogor Agricultural University. Currently, Mulia is a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen.
