Muli Ben-Yehuda

Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Lightbits Labs

Muli Ben-Yehuda is a prominent figure in the tech industry, currently serving as the Chief Scientist and co-founder of Lightbits Labs, a startup focused on developing infrastructure for hyperscale clouds.

Before his current role, Muli held key positions at various organizations like Stratoscale and IBM Research, where he served as the Chief Scientist. His expertise lies in areas such as machine and I/O virtualization, cloud computing, and operating system and hypervisor design and implementation.

Muli has an extensive academic background, with over forty co-authored publications and holding more than thirty US patents. His contributions have been recognized at prestigious events such as OSDI, where he received the Jay Lepreau Best Paper Award for his work on The Turtles Project.
