1.	Managed offshore project teams. Liaised with customers, requirements gathering, building spec, prototype, scheduling, design solution, development and testing and report progress regularly to customer & management.
2.	Implemented an innovative automation solution for embedded software in Ford Focus 2000 cars that helped us uncover 4 major design issues. The solution would read the design, parameters and then analyze the code to understand the parameter usage and find out potential flaws in design or implementation.
3.	By applying model-based scenario technique, generated comprehensive test cases to achieve 100% statements coverage and achieve high degree of branch coverage and resulted in zero defect delivery and 5/5 customer rating.
4.	Led and deployed company-wide SDLC processes based on CMM Level 5, XP, Estimation techniques, Defect Prevention (Poka-yoke and Crosby's Zero Defect concept “Do it right the first time”).
