Driving transformation in the commercial function both from organization and people, as well as business platform, moving from transactional business into more partnership and integrated FM. 

Implement changes to calibrate skill in the commercial team coupled with discipline execution resulting improved pipeline by 70% in first year in the role. Landed the biggest deal in the history of ISS Indonesia with value 1,3 TIDR for 3 years contract with one of the largest mining company.

- Project team member and subject matter expert for sales processes for global contracting to invoicing solution, end-to-end project management with aiming to develop efficient contracting solution to increase invoicing accuracy with scope for Maersk line global organisation
- Participate in project preparation, problem definition and solutions
- Designed future quote/contract process with lean concept

- Leading the ERP assessment and vendor engagement for quote and contract process area with global scope

General Manager - Contracting to Invoicing project

- Main responsibility to focus on Europe trade while also overseeing other trades as routes portfolio coordinator. 
- Execute day to day commercial activity with the aim to achieve country target, working closely with routes management in Copenhagen to supply market feedback and formulate strategy for to drive volumes as well as revenue to the business. 
- Responsible for feeder deployment and allocation review for commercial requirement.
- Part of global rollout team for yield leap project on North Europe and SEA area

Assistant General Manager – Trade and marketing

- Responsible for pricing and allocation division in commercial planning dept
- Develop commercial and  pricing strategy and execute day to day commercial activity with the aim to achieve country target 
- Manage all commercial aspects, working closely with routes management in headquarter to drive volumes as well as revenue to the business
- Perform market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy and decisions
- Responsible for capacity/allocation management on mother vessels for Indonesia export

Assistant General Manager – Commercial & sales planning

- Managing booking team in customer service with 22 team member. Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction, provide best customer preposition, keeping minimum staff turn-over, and cost leadership. 
- Responsible for booking process for all INA and maintaining centralization booking process within Indonesia while maintaining high level service standard of booking in term of turn time and quality guided by area and global defined KPIs.

Manager for Customer Service Booking team

- In charge as North East Asia area coordinator for several global systems. Ensuring readiness and smooth implementation in countries within NEA, as well as maintaining close coordination with center functions. 
- Responsible for implementation of local account payable system called APFlow.
- Being part of NEA service delivery task force.

Senior Executive – North East Asia Service Delivery

- Managing capacity for Indonesian export, specifically handling trade corridor to Europe, Africa, Indo-china, Australia, Pacific (USA) and Intra-Asia, including routing management, space management, and equipment management. Working closely with regional capacity management, area line management, and transshipment ports.  
- Coordinate with operation dept for feeder vessels operation, both inbound and outbound, including feeder scheduling, space management, equipment management and ensure optimisation of feeders for all Indonesia service area.
- Space forecasting and monitoring of prospect accuracy on mother vessel to secure Indonesian export

Executive - Capacity Management

- Designed and developed cost accrual system called MACS (Maersk Accrual Cost System) for local finance department using web application together with outsourced programmer, prepare the implementation phase and re-evaluate business process to comply with the new system.
- Improving business process in the invoicing department by streamlining process and implement new invoicing system.
- Coordinate local suppliers in account payable section, reducing the supplier invoice outstanding by develop and implementing self-billing system and cost accrual system
