I am responsible for leading the development and execution of the Avid Enterprise Consultant Inc. long term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. My role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the AEC’s long and short term plans. I act as a direct liaison between the Board and management of the Company and communicates to the Board on behalf of management. I also communicate on behalf of the Company to shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public.

More specifically, my duties and responsibilities as the CEO include the following: 


1. To lead, in conjunction with the Board, the development of the Company’s strategy; 
2. To lead and oversee the implementation of the Company’s long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy; 
3. To ensure the Company is appropriately organized and staffed and to have the authority to hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable it to achieve the approved strategy; 
4. To ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget of the Company; 
5. To assess the principal risks of the Company and to ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed;

Avid Enterprise Consultant

I work with the business owners, system developers and IT managers; researching new developments and enhancements of business processes. During these three years I have gained enormous experience in gathering information and integrating it into the IT system, document business requirements, process improvement, quality assurance and providing technical support to the firm and its clients. In capacity, my responsibilities included extracting functional requirements from users, clients and customers, translating those requirements into detailed conditions. On the other side, my job included product architecture working tasks, as I guided requirements definition and salesmen and partner review for collaboration system that included definition and implementation of business rules. During that time I got familiar with product development and analysis needed for my future career.

Business Analyst

I as Vice President of CCS was responsible for managing the Society.To keep order at meetings, to assist the president, and become acting president in the event the president is not available.I as Vice President was in charge of overseeing project commitees and appointing chairpersons. Maintain proper coordination with the head office, Auditors and Marketing department on a regular basis.Make sure that bills are processed timely.

Estimate taxes and preparation of the tax returns, ensuring payment authorization and other tax requirements. Make sure all the Tax elements including vat, service tax, excise duty are done according to the relevant regulation while invoice booking
