Sudhakar's educational journey includes pursuing a Master's and Ph.D. in Computer Science at UCLA, as well as incomplete studies in Computer Engineering at Yale University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras.

Throughout his career, he has held significant roles at reputable organizations such as being the CEO and Investor at Aisera, Senior VP & GM at ServiceNow, VP & GM Security at Splunk, CEO of Caspida, and leadership positions at VMware, Pivotal, EMC, and other technology companies.

Sudhakar's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through founding and leading multiple companies like Cetas, Kazeon Systems, Rio Design Automation, and Sanera Systems, which was acquired by McData/Brocade. Additionally, he has a technical background with experience at SGI and IBM.

His diverse skill set includes business operations, large engineering organization management, product development, sales team management, marketing operations, product marketing, and angel investing.
