Mubashar Hanif is a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the renewables industry, specializing in Solar Power Systems and Control Equipment configuration and commissioning.

He has successfully managed the Implementation and Customer Support teams, ensuring quality-oriented service delivery to clients.

With a strong focus on leadership, team management, costing, budgeting, site management, customer support, risk management, project communication, project recovery, and quality management, Mubashar Hanif has demonstrated excellence in various key management skills.

He has supervised the installation of over 2 MW cumulative solar projects across Pakistan, collaborating with Government Departments and Multinational Companies to overcome challenges related to terrain and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.

Mubashar Hanif is proficient in a variety of software tools such as PVSol, PVSyst, SCADA, IoT, Lorentz Compass, Helioscope, Google SketchUp, and Web Programming, enabling him to efficiently design and manage solar projects.

He is well-versed in handling equipment from reputable brands including Fronius, Sungrow, SMA, Huawei, Growatt, Solis, GoodWe, ABB, invt, Schneider, Lorentz, KSB Pumps, Impo, Komax, Shakti Pump, and PV Genset Sync.

Some of the notable projects Mubashar Hanif has been involved in include the installation of Rooftop Solar Systems at Misaq ul Mall Faisalabad, Pakistan Tobacco Co. Jhelum Factory, Water Management Training Institute in Renala Khurd, and Pakistan Tobacco Co. Akora Khattak Factory, among others.

Additionally, he has contributed to the solarization of Total Parco Retail Fueling Stations at multiple sites and managed 3.6 MW of cumulative Domestic Installations across Pakistan.

Mubashar Hanif pursued an Associate's Degree in Electrical from Allama Iqbal Polytechnic Institute Sahiwal, laying a strong educational foundation for his career in the renewables sector.

He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at SME Energy Pvt. Ltd. and has previously worked as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at Hadron Solar, Senior Lab Instructor at Pakistan Solar Institute, Senior Technician at Izhar Energy Services, and Solar Technician at Sun Solar Energy.
