Msw Sophia Zisook is the Senior Director of Partnerships at the Accion Opportunity Fund, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering partnerships and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial inclusion for under-resourced entrepreneurs. With over a decade of experience in the social sector, Zisook specializes in fund deployment, program management, and strategy development.2

Her background includes a strong focus on equity and justice, as well as substantial expertise in scaling small businesses and nonprofits. Zisook is known for her ability to implement effective strategies for diverse recruiting and employee retention, particularly through programs that promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI-B).1
