Belinda Ransom, the President of Phoenix Rising Consulting Group, LLC (PRCG), is a highly experienced consultant and leader with over 20 years of expertise in coaching and developing leaders. She has worked in various industries such as aerospace, biotech, education, entertainment, pharmaceutical, retail, telecommunications, and travel industries. Belinda's strong suit lies in improving the bottom line by focusing on the three pillars - Inspiring Strategic Alignment, Developing a High Performing Team, and Developing Great Leaders. Her experience extends to facilitating corporate-wide strategic planning efforts, managing HR, mergers and acquisition integrations, corporate reorganizations, and talent acquisition, management, and development.

Belinda earned her BS, Business Concentration: Marketing from Frostburg State University and her MS, Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She has worked in Fortune 50 companies, managing budgets over $100 million and has international experience working with organizations in Asia, Europe, and Mexico.

Belinda's interests go beyond consulting as she has been rescuing and rehabilitating horses from the slaughter pipeline since 2011. During her leadership & team development programs, she uses horses as non-judgmental teachers, creating an incredibly powerful learning experience for participants.
