Linda Andrews is an accomplished executive-level patient care operations and nursing care leader with over 25 years of strategic experience in hospital operations. She has excelled in various leadership roles and managed high-performing nursing departments with exceptional quality and service standards for the past 9+ years. Linda serves as the Director of Medical Surgical Nursing at Advocate Condell Medical Center where she supervises 5 medical surgical units and administers $209M+ in revenues and $28M+ in expenses. As an industry thought leader, she executes premium quality nursing operations in a fiscally responsible manner through direction, support, and development of leaders and staff.

Linda is a master's degree holder in Nursing (Health Systems Management) and leverages new healthcare-focused technologies to maximize patient satisfaction. She facilitates shared governance practices and proactively leads efforts to secure Magnet designation status.
