Ryan O'Marra is a former professional athlete turned investment management expert. He has completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused in Investment Management while simultaneously playing professional hockey. With experience as a fixed-income trader, O'Marra has proven his ability to succeed in high-pressure environments. He has held several positions at National Bank Financial, including Vice President of Fixed Income Trading. Prior to his career in finance, O'Marra played professional hockey for teams such as the Anaheim Ducks and the Edmonton Oilers. He studied Business/Commerce at Athabasca University and completed his Master's degree with distinction at Coventry University.
