MSc Christopher Gray

Christopher Gray is an accomplished HR leader with years of experience in talent strategy, business partnering, and leadership. He holds a Master of Science in Management from The University of Edinburgh Business School and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Gray has also studied Design Thinking & User Experience at BrainStation, ScrumMaster Certification, and Project Management at Berteig Consulting. His career spans across multiple organizations such as Canadian Tire Corporation and KPMG Canada, where he held various HR leadership positions. At Canadian Tire Corporation, he served as the Associate Vice President, Learning & Talent Strategy, and Associate Vice President, HR Business Partner. Previously, Gray was a Manager, HR Business Partner, Digital Technology, Manager, Enterprise Collaboration & Digital Strategy, Manager, Performance and Learning, and Coordinator, Immigration & HR Records at KPMG Canada. He also worked as an English Language Teacher at Interac Network and as an HR Manager at Publishing & Copy Centre. Gray is passionate about enabling organizations to attract, develop and retain talent and supporting his team to bring their whole-self to work.
