Before joining Novartis, Dr. Fraile led the Population Health Management and Enterprise Analytics team at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School. In her current role at Novartis, she is responsible for:
- Leading strategic initiatives to enhance clinical innovation and patient journeys through data and digital solutions.
- Overseeing a team of over 100 professionals focused on data strategy, digital marketing, enterprise analytics, and operational execution across commercial and medical sectors.
- Engaging with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to improve cancer care delivery.
Dr. Fraile's work includes developing analytic models to interpret complex healthcare data and implementing innovative payment methodologies aimed at improving patient outcomes.1
