Nikitas Kouimanis

Nikitas Kouimanis is a seasoned mortgage professional with over a decade and a half of experience in the industry. He has worked in various roles, including producing branch manager, loan originator, producing sales manager, and sr. mortgage loan originator, among others. Nikitas has a strong educational background, having studied liberal arts and sciences/liberal studies in high school. He is known for his expertise in mortgage lending, real estate, and business relationship building.

Currently, he serves as the producing branch manager at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, Inc., where he heads a team of loan originators and works with real estate agents to help them grow their business. Previously, Nikitas worked at Mr Mortgage™️, Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership, QuikFund Inc, Contour Mortgage Corporation, Total Mortgage Services, LLC, and other mortgage companies. He has also served as a loan officer, team leader, vice president and has worked in various roles within the mortgage lending industry.

Nikitas is passionate about building relationships with real estate agents and co-marketing together to take their businesses to the next level.
