Jason Banks, a former United States Marine Corps veteran, is an energetic and insightful leader with over 15 years of experience in executive roles. Banks is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational abilities, capable of turning strategic plans into optimized operational goals. He has a long-standing reputation for being a motivational manager and for building highly motivated teams. A graduate of Trinity Christian College, Northern Illinois University, and Fort Hays State University, Banks has extensive education in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Administration, Business, and Corporate Communication. Additionally, he has Executive Law Enforcement Certification from Northwestern University and Certificate in Sergeants Course Distance Education Program from Marine Corps University.

In career span, Banks has held senior leadership positions with varied organizations, directing and collaborating on numerous significant initiatives. At the Municipal Government, Banks served as the Director. He led the Store Management at Blain's Farm & Fleet, collaborating as a Strategist in staffing, budgeting, sales, and performance optimization. As the Policy Issue Analyst at Bankers Life, Banks reviewed health underwriting, legal compliance, sales support, and critical reviews. During his tenure in the Marine Corps Recruiting, he served as the Aviation Operations Chief managing compliance, training, regulation, and held a top-secret clearance.
