Drive strategic decision-making process on the management and future directions of the NGO`s relationship with key donors in Bangladesh, providing strategic guidance and facilitating discussions and input from the NGO`s senior management. Coordinate closely with implementing and strategic partners to understand their priorities and work with the NGO's internal stakeholders to shape relevant and timely communication and engagement with the implementing partners. Identify opportunities within the scope of implementing and strategic partnership for improved collaboration and system improvement supporting better communication and improved knowledge management. Facilitate the process of making periodic updates to the partner's Results Framework, based on analysis of changes in context and learning from the NGO's programmes on the ground, ensuring high technical quality of indicators and data and relevance to the NGO's strategic goals, while meeting the needs of donor expectations.  Support progammes to address suggestions and recommendations by the implementing partners to improve service delivery and increase the impact of the NGO's work. Work closely with Finance & Accounts and Monitoring teams to ensure that results framework of strategic partnerships is up to date. Draft progress reports for partners and support in results reporting. Drive knowledge management component of the s partnerships within the NGO, working across programmes to gather and synthesize learning and knowledge, while identifying opportunities for strategic input and thought partnership from strategic partners.  Produce high quality written communication documents, related to strategic partnership, including annual progress report, briefing notes, donor reporting, visit briefs, etc. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.

Programme Manager Partnership and Coordination

Provide technical guidance and field support to the Nobo Jatra program (NJP) of World Vision (WV) in terms of Monitoring and Evaluation. The position will be required to establish, review and mainstream M&E systems for direct and partner implementation in Khulna and Satkhira in alignment with World Vision & international humanitarian principles. Also coordinate all M&E tasks and communication with internal and external platforms under the leadership and guidance of the M&E manager and build capacity of local M&E staff. Supervise four M&E officers at four Upazilas (sub-district) directly, matrix supervision of a Senior  MIS Officer  and technical guidance to 11 partner M&E staffs in four Upazilas. Coordinate with three M&E focal persons of World Food Program (1) and Winrock International (3) at Khulna. Facilitate supportive follow-up, coordination and supervision to all above filed M&E team to ensure enabling environment for carrying out assigned roles and responsibilities of NJP.Specific responsibilities are to guide 19 members field M&E team to ensure implementation of interventions with quality as per donor requirement and WV standards; establish proper implementation of M&E system in the project; meet up WV, NJP and donor requirement through scheduled reporting; strengthen effective coordination and functional relationship between and among partners of NJP in their M&E role and functionality; facilitate M&E role to strengthen ,and customize MIS/GIS for the NJP; follow-up  and track achievement of outputs and outcomes through routine monitoring  activities and annual surveys; , support M&E manager to hire consultants , control quality of consultancy work .

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

As a Project Manager I was responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of Climate Resilient Agriculture project supported by CAFOD and mandated by UKAID. I  ensured that targeted activities were completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives were met and that everyone else was doing their job properly. I followed-up and managed day-to-day business activities and facilitated group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. I managed the project to ensure the desired result was achieved, the most efficient resources were used and the different interest group involved were satisfied.

Project Manager, Practical Action, July 2012-March 2017: Managed Market for Char (M4C) project (CHF 80 Million) funded by SDC as focal person, managed Cristian Aid supported ‘ Market work for Poor’ project, designed and managed IRRI supported ‘Postharvest Research’ project. Coordinator Monitoring and Evaluation, Practical Action, April 2010- June 2012- A comprehensive monitoring and evaluation and learning (MEL) system developed for Food, Agriculture and Markets Program.  Led baseline survey for all five projects, completed within schedule time, and developed data recording system at different level. Implemented this MEL system including hired consultants for different surveys, assessments and research, ensured quality thorough providing feedback on various reports such as baseline, impact assessment, market research, livelihood assessment, mid-term and final evaluation research. Line managed seven field staff responsible for filed implementation of MEL system, managed knowledge products and SharePoint pages. Led a team to develop a ‘Technical Services of Value Chain Upgrading’ project (USD 467,589) in CHT funded by UNDP. Designed activity part of a ‘Food Facility’ project (EUR 3,307,709) funded by EU.

Practical Action

Project Manager and Coordinator (Monitoring and Evaluation)

- Responsible for developing and implementing Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation (PME) System of Shomparka-1 project by involving different level of stakeholders. Key Achievement: The PME system developed and implemented by involving project staff, partner NGOs, service providers and small-scale producers • Lead baseline, prepare periodic reports and manage project database. Conduct study of economic sub-sector and disseminate information to different audiences. Key Achievement: Developed methodology and tools, lead baseline survey of partner NGOs and beneficiaries and prepared reports. Conducted impact assessment, beef market assessment at Dinajpur district and guided NGOs to conduct service market assessment.

- Responsible for developing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan for   Self-Help and Rights through Empowering Young and Adolescent-female (SHREYA) project. Key Achievements:  Developed and implemented M&E plan by involving individual beneficiaries, groups, NGOs and other stakeholders.• Facilitate Partner NGOs to implement the M&E plan. Building capacity of field staff, design various studies, undertook regular field visit for monitoring. Key Achievements: Facilitated Partner NGOs to implement M&E plan that improved decision making of partner NGOs. Field staffs have been capable of analyzing data. Designed baseline and qualitative assessments   and prepared reports.

- Responsible for implementing M&E plan at field office level which includes monitoring on regular activities. Key Achievements: Implemented M&E plan at Sylhet region which includes output monitoring, preparation of periodic reports on performance indicator through indicator performing tracking table (IPTT), a USAID tool. Analysed outputs of homestead vegetables by applying customized software and prepared reports. •  Directly participate and supervise the implementation of Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PME), progress monitoring and baseline survey. Key Achievements: Lead implementation of PME, progress monitoring, controlled quality baseline survey, seasonal survey conducted by consultancy firm. The PME practice not only improved data quality but also increased participation of stakeholders that influenced to increase vegetable production and dropped diarrhea of under five children significantly.

Technical Officer (M&E)

- Assist partner agencies in planning and implementation of the project interventions involving the community, monitoring the implementation of partners and fund management of the partner NGOs. Coordinate management of project resources transformed to partners. Key Achievements: Result of my facilitation improved capacity of partner NGOs to plan and timely implement project interventions by following fund management guideline. • Capacity building, training and staff development of partner, reporting and documentation and ensures partner NGO contribution in project. Key Achievement: Improved communication and facilitation skills through training and on the job practice. As a result partners work and reporting quality improved. They contributed land for nursery, venue for training, furniture and fixture.

Technical Officer (Partnership)

Assist the project in M&E that includes data management, checking and cleaning of data. Ensured timely collection of data, ensuring on-time analysis of the data at field, interprets the data to different audiences.  Key Achievements: Due to checking and cleaning quality of data, interpretation of data become rationale, management feels confidence for taking decisions such as revised original action plan and staffing. Presentation on monthly progress report, weekly output monitoring report, PME reports on home-gardening to staff and beneficiaries created scope to use data/information.
