Mouna Garga is a skilled project manager and team leader with expertise in national and international capacity building, program support, and implementation of civil society programs in the Middle East and Africa regions.
She has over 10 years of experience in identifying, designing, and testing new civil society formations and models of organizing, with a focus on supporting social movements, enhancing civic engagement of youth, women, LGBTQI, and leveraging technologies for human rights and civic space.
Mouna is highly proficient in English, Arabic, French, and Italian, allowing her to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments.
Educationally, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis, a Master's Degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, and a Certificate in Global Business Practices from San Diego State University-California State University.
