Moshe Lichtman is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and business leader in the technology industry. He currently serves as:

• Founder and Angel Investor at NGR Ltd, an angel investment firm focused on Israeli seed-stage startups1
• Co-Founder & General Partner at Israel Growth Partners (IGP), a growth-stage investment firm targeting Israeli companies with strong category leadership potential1

Prior to his current roles, Lichtman had a long career at Microsoft spanning over 20 years, where he held various leadership positions1:

• Corporate Vice President responsible for several global businesses, including heading MSN's international business and Microsoft's TV business
• Founder and President of Microsoft's R&D center in Herzliya, Israel, leading the company's entire R&D operation in the country

Lichtman holds an MSc in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Computer Engineering (cum laude) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.1
