Morgan Springer is a passionate individual dedicated to understanding the construction of our realities and fostering empathy-driven experiences to enhance our well-being.

Currently, Morgan is deeply involved in exploring neural interfaces and AR/VR technologies at Meta reality labs.

Having a rich background, Morgan previously spearheaded product development in the field of psychedelic medicine and mental health, establishing operational processes and initiating new programs at Mindbloom.

Venturing outside the tech realm, Morgan delved into the creation of a CPG brand called Fizzy Fox, where they innovatively designed premium sparkling elixirs inspired by culinary delights.

Prior to these experiences, Morgan occupied various leadership roles in startups, notably as the product & design co-founder of Sprig, an organic on-demand meal service that achieved significant success with thousands of daily meal deliveries and securing substantial funding.

Throughout their career, Morgan has honed expertise in areas such as brand development, product experience, design, PR, recipe creation, social media management, and customer service.

With a strong educational foundation in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, Morgan continues to pursue interests in psychedelic medicine, brain-computer interfaces, and mental health.

Morgan's professional journey includes roles at Meta, Freedom Biosciences, Mindbloom, Fizzy Fox, SingleThread Farm, Spiral Inc., Sprig: Eat Well, Tact.ai, Catapult Design, Tellme Networks, and as a Fulbright Scholar at the Thailand-U.S. Educational Foundation.
