    In his capacity as a C-suite operator, Morgan has successfully led and orchestrated the acquisition of multiple tech startups with total exits exceeding $200 million.

    Morgan's professional journey includes serving as the CEO of prominent Silicon Valley companies such as SplashData, SPARC International, and Mobile Digital Media/Quickoffice, which was acquired by Google in 2012.

    Prior to his roles in Silicon Valley, Morgan held a senior executive position at Palm, Inc., where he played a key role in areas such as wireless distribution, digital content strategy, IPO, and M&A activities.

    Before venturing into the tech industry, Morgan was the Vice President of New Media & Business Development at The Walt Disney Company, overseeing strategic planning and product development for a major joint venture focused on digital cable television services.

    Morgan's international experience extends to living and working in countries like Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Japan, China, and Australia, providing him with a global perspective on business and operations.

    An alumnus of Stanford University with honors, Morgan holds a Master's degree from the same institution in International Policy Studies, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.

    Outside of his professional endeavors, Morgan is a dedicated father and actively contributes to his community as a Los Gatos town commissioner, volunteers for Guide Dogs for the Blind, and is a member of Mensa showcasing his multifaceted interests and engagements.
