Senior Product Manager

- Drive Bridge product strategy through the development and analysis of sophisticated feedback loops to uncover new insights about our users. Capture, collate, and interpret hundreds of pieces of feedback from client success, sales, and users, to better understand client needs to drive the Bridge product closer to product-market fit.
 - Manage three scrum teams of 5 developers each to deliver quarterly feature, tech debt, and bug commitments. Collaborate daily with design and engineering departments to determine minimum valuable solutions.
 - Leverage beta testing, data analytics, user research and additional forms of evaluative product research to improve year over year monthly active usage by 100%. 
 - Increased engineering teams’ autonomy and velocity by independently researching and implementing the Shape Up methodology, leading to early delivery on more than 30% of our committed feature work each quarter.

Instructure

- Led and oversaw all aspects of product development for employee and manager experiences on the Bridge product line, which has over 200,000 monthly active users. Collaborated closely with engineering, design, client success, and sales departments to guide high-level strategy, improve team execution, and deeply understand client and user needs. 
 - Improved organizational understanding of the “voice of the customer” by planning, managing, and distributing insights gained from recurring quarterly meetings of a formal Client Advisory Board, comprised of 10 clients. 
 - Grew cross-functional team knowledge by establishing new internal product processes focused on sharing discovery findings, templatizing market research, and creating internal release notes for sales and client success.

Product Manager

- Ownership of the Practice and ApprenNet product lines representing over $4 million in annual revenue with over 10,000 MAU. Accountable for developing each line’s product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, working with the engineering team and creating product marketing plans to achieve organizational strategic objectives and meet both business and user needs.

Practice (acquired by Instructure)

- Consulted with and grew 60+ client accounts, generating over $250,000 in renewals and upsells annually, through effective delivery of client requests and proactive communication.
 - Trained and managed an end-user support team of three associates. 
 - Analyzed support metrics weekly to inform product and engineering of changes that led to a 15% reduction in bugs and user requests from our Instructor user group.
 - Nurtured a unique company culture at Practice by organizing quarterly team events, lunches, and happy hours.
