Formerly, he served as the SVP/Managing Director at Five Star Bank in California, where he demonstrated his leadership skills and financial acumen.

Prior to that, he held the position of VP/Director at the same institution, further showcasing his management capabilities.

In addition, Morgan has experience as a PBO Assistant Manager and Preferred Banker at First Republic Bank, highlighting his diverse skill set in the banking sector.

His experience extends to the hospitality industry, where he held managerial positions at renowned establishments such as The Standard Hotels, The Mermaid Oyster Bar, Bowery Meat Company, The Harrison Restaurant, and Monument Lane.
