Moore Hallmark is the current Vice President of Regional Affairs and Advocacy at the U.S. Chamber Of Commerce. Hallmark has a wealth of experience when it comes to public policy work having previously worked in various high-level positions in both the public and private sectors. Before her position at the Chamber of Commerce, Hallmark worked as the Executive Director of the Texas Railroad Commission where she managed environmental, transportation, and communications issues. She also worked for Texas Governor Rick Perry’s administration as the Director of State-Federal Relations. Hallmark's extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of both the public and private sectors makes her a valuable asset to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce where she oversees regional and state advocacy efforts in communities throughout the United States.
