Moody Heard

Moody Heard is a driven and accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, politics, entrepreneurship, and oil drilling. He holds a degree from Washington and Lee University and has honed his skills through a range of leadership roles. Moody is the Co-Founder & CEO of Buildforce, a technology platform that matches skilled workers with construction jobs. Prior to this, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at Mercury Fund, where he evaluated and invested in early-stage tech startups. He also worked as a Body Man for Texans For Andrew White and an Investment Associate at Queen City Fintech. Moody's passion for entrepreneurship led him to become a 2016 Venture for America Fellow and eventually start his own company. Before entering the business world, Moody worked as a Roughneck at Baywater Drilling, where he gained valuable experience in the oil and gas industry.
