Montserrat Ghio is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience working with blue chip companies and tech startups alike. With a focus on improving operations through process streamlining, cost optimization, and implementing operating models, Ghio has made a name for herself in several industries, including aerospace, financial services, transportation, and the public sector.

Ghio started her consulting career with Deloitte Canada in 2015, where she worked as a Cyber Strategy Consultant, Technology Strategy Consultant, and Business Technology Analyst, among other roles. She has also worked as a Backend Python Developer at Web2Asia, Data Manager at the Municipal Public Works Department, and as a Consultant - Sales Intelligence at CEIM.

Most recently, Ghio joined Hugessen Consulting Inc. as an Associate to open the Montreal office and grow the firm's presence in the Quebec market. She specializes in complex business and IT transformations, product commercialization, and executive compensation.

Ghio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Technologies d'affaires from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Collège Salette. She has also studied Humanities at Cégep de Saint-Jérôme and at Handelshøyskolen BI.
