Currently, she serves as the Head of Human Resources at CHG-MERIDIAN, where she plays an integral role in driving the HR strategy and contributing to the company's overall success. Previously, she was the Human Resources Director at ABA flexible packaging, where she spearheaded various talent management initiatives and contributed to organizational growth and employee engagement. Moreover, Montserrat’s role as a Human Resources Manager at ABA flexible packaging allowed her to implement numerous HR programs focused on optimizing workforce capabilities.
In addition to these roles, Montserrat has considerable experience as an Organizational Development Specialist at EY, where she worked closely with leadership to enhance developmental strategies that fostered a positive organizational culture and high employee performance. Before that, she served as Human Resources Coordinator at 7-Eleven, where she honed her skills in recruitment and employee relations, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
