    Montana Rozmus is a seasoned professional known for her role as the lead of CRA's Talent Assessment Practice. With a strong background in identifying and developing high-potential talent, she excels in designing tailored assessments and selection programs. Montana collaborates with talent development leaders to deliver impactful individual and group learning initiatives, particularly for emerging leaders transitioning to advanced roles. Her coaching expertise lies in enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering productivity, and guiding the shift from independent producer to team and business unit lead. Montana has worked with prestigious clients such as Ayco, Bank of America, BDT, BorgWarner, Insight, JP Morgan Chase, Nomura Securities, and the Women’s Bond Club of New York. Since joining CRA in 2010, she has spearheaded various internal leadership endeavors, including the Research Assistant development program and the creation of exclusive content in Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, and Presentation Architecture practices. Prior to her tenure at CRA, Montana honed her skills in the retail sector with stints at Michael Kors and Anthropologie. Montana's educational background includes a B.A. in art history, painting, and international studies from Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College. She values the lessons learned from this experience that have sharpened her abilities in contextual analysis, understanding cultural iconography, and interpreting nonverbal communication. Currently enrolled as a student at the Carlin Academy of Fine Art, Montana takes pride in her artistic journey and can trace her artistic lineage back to the great Michelangelo.
