Monique Scalzo, a third-year student at Monash University, is a driven individual with a passion for creating positive change within the environmental and social justice sectors. Currently completing a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Global Studies, majoring in French Studies, Monique has focused her academic pursuits on developing a well-rounded understanding of legal and global issues.

Alongside her studies, Monique has held positions as a Legal Assistant at Andrew Gray & Associates, and as a Law Society Peer Mentor at Monash University. She has also worked as a Casual French Language Assistant at Beaconhills College, an Access Monash Mentor at Monash University, and as a waitress at both Primary At Pioneers Park and Nomadic Restaurant.

Monique's professional experience, combined with her academic pursuits, has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of legal and global issues and has cultivated a strong passion for creating positive change in areas such as the environment and social justice.
