Monique Krasniqi
Monique Krasniqi is a communications professional with extensive experience in the fashion and retail industry. She previously served as the Communications Director at Converse, where she oversaw the development and execution of global communications strategies across all brand channels.
During her tenure, Krasniqi was responsible for managing the brand's media relations, influencer partnerships, and crisis communications. She also spearheaded several brand campaigns and collaborations, including the launch of the Chuck Taylor All-Star II, Converse x NBA partnership, and the Pride campaign.
Prior to joining Converse, Krasniqi worked at Nike, where she managed the Nike Women's business unit and played a key role in launching the Nike Training Club app. She also served as a PR and events manager for fashion brands such as Diane von Furstenberg and Theory.
Krasniqi is known for her strategic mindset, creativity, and ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with consumers. She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
