Im März 2020 hat die Pandemie uns fünf Berater*innen völlig zufällig zusammengebracht.
Ob es allerdings wirklich ein Zufall war, ist so klar nicht ;-)
Uns ging es allen so, dass die Pandemie unsere Selbständigkeit, unsere Arbeitssituation und Auftragslage ordentlich durchgewirbelt hatte und wir uns sortieren und neu ausrichten wollten.
Dazu wünschten wir uns kollegialen Austausch, Neuorientierung in der Pandemie und Neuausrichtung in dieser merkwürdigen „Interims-Situation“.
Hier ging es um den Austausch. Da schnell eine größere Anzahl an interessierten Menschen zusammengekommen war, bildeten wir kleine Arbeitsgruppen. Uns fünf passte allen als Termin der Mittwochabend um 18 Uhr am besten, bei Monique war das der Mittwochmorgen um 9 Uhr. Und genau das war die erste Gemeinsamkeit, die uns zusammengeführt hat.
Und da waren wir nun, auf den ersten Blick recht unterschiedlich, lokal über den Globus verteilt, weswegen wir uns gleich den Namen „Global Group“ verliehen. Wir entschieden uns, uns zunächst gut Zeit zu nehmen, um uns richtig kennenzulernen.
Jede interviewte im Lauf von Wochen jeden und lernte sich so in sehr persönlichen Gesprächen kennen.
Da kamen teilweise verblüffende Gemeinsamkeiten und Parallelen zu Tage, gleiche Interessen, Ähnlichkeiten in
Lebensläufen und gleichen Werte und Haltung unseren Kunden gegenüber. Und auch spannende Unterschiede, verschiedene Themenfelder, andere Lebensentwürfe und Ziele. Der Austausch und das gegenseitige Befruchten haben uns alle schon in der kurzen Zeit enorm beflügelt und weitergebracht.

Es war uns schnell klar, dass wir etwas Gemeinsames auf die Beine stellen wollen. Ein uniques Angebot, das wir nicht bereits schon in unseren üblichen Portfolios haben, sondern eines, das mit und durch uns fünf neu entsteht.
