Monie Hardwick

Monie Hardwick is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in secondary education and non-profit work. She leverages her extensive operational knowledge of independent school models to provide executive coaching and consulting services to school leaders and Boards.

Having spent two decades in school leadership roles, Monie's expertise lies in strategy development and fundraising. She obtained an advanced certification from Columbia University's executive training program, focusing her practice on assisting new school leaders, board governance, and fundraising consulting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Yale University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English from Middlebury College, and completed an Advanced Executive Coaching Certification at Columbia University in 2015.

Monie currently serves as the Executive Coach and Consultant at Hardwick Consulting Group. She has also held positions such as Trustee at Northfield Mount Hermon and Trustee Emeritus at St. Andrew's School. In the past, she was a Partner at Greenwich Leadership Partners and held various leadership roles at Blair Academy and The Taft School.
